We recommend at least a week out, especially for weekends. That said, we've pulled off same-week bookings when the schedule allows. Book online anytime and we'll confirm within a few hours.
Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included. We bring the blower, stakes, tarps, and extension cord. You just need a power outlet within 100 feet and a flat area. The standard rental is 4 hours, and you can add extra hours when you book.
Light rain is usually fine. If severe weather makes it unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out proactively if things look dicey.
Prices vary by unit and day of week. Weekends cost a bit more. You pay a 50% deposit when you book online, and the rest is due at delivery (cash or card). Extra hours are available at a flat rate. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.
Most of our units are rated for adults up to 250 lbs per person. Each listing shows its weight limit and capacity. Just keep an eye on the total weight limit and make sure bigger kids and adults aren't bouncing at the same time as little ones.
Yes, and there's no extra charge. During the booking process you can opt for evening setup (6 PM - 11 PM the night before). We'll come by and have everything inflated and ready so your party starts on time.
